We only earn a small booking fee when you reserve tee times, hotels, or flights through our platform — and we often get you group rates you could not find yourself.
As many as you want. There is no group size limit. We have seen everything from a solo golfer planning a private trip to a 20-person corporate outing. Everyone gets a link, votes on the plan, and sees the same itinerary in real time.
Yes. For partner courses, you can book tee times directly in the app. For courses that require phone bookings, Smitty gives you the exact details to call with — course name, preferred date, time window, and group size. We are constantly adding more direct booking partners.
That is exactly what the voting feature is for. Everyone votes on the options you add, and Smitty shows the consensus score. If there is a tie, you can run a quick runoff vote. The goal is not one person deciding — it is the group reaching a real decision together.

Life happens. Smitty lets you adjust the itinerary at any time before the consensus is locked. After locking, changes are restricted to avoid confusion. If you need to modify a locked trip, any member can request an unlock — and the group votes again.
